The phase 3 CLEOPATRA (Clinical Evaluation of Pertuzumab and Trastuzumab) study involved 808 patients with previously untreated HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. At the primary analysis, pertuzumab was shown to increase progression-free survival significantly, with a strong trend toward an overall survival benefit. A second interim analysis, published in May 2012, showed that overall survival was improved to a degree that was both statistically significant and clinically meaningful (HR, 0.66; P = .0008); at the time, the median overall survival in women receiving pertuzumab had not been reached.

It was the black man who built the railroad and after much of the work then the Chinese slaves helped. When the white man came over, to Africa, and started to capture us and sold us to the Arabs as Eunuchs and slaves, and the sold us to the Romans. 400 years we worked for the white man. We were the worst treated of all of the slaves. It was so bad that we are effected even today. We are doomed to be downtrodden even for future generations from now. Only a few blacks, Uncle Tom's, will be able to work, but most of us don't want to keep serving whitey. We are not equal, multiracial couples are discouraged. We are put in prison because of our color, 90% of us are innocent, the white man made us commit all of the crimes. I say we enslave the white population, get their women pregnant with black babies and that will wipe out the white man.
